To hire a worker, fill out the form below or call us at (503) 234-2043. Our office hours are 7am-2pm from Monday through Friday, and 7am-12pm on Saturday.

Before we are able to send anyone to the job site, we ask that you review our Employer Agreement regarding the terms for hiring a worker from the Voz Worker Center, workers’ rights, and what employers can expect while hiring Voz workers. By submitting this online form, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms in the agreement.

NOTE: The Voz Worker Center will be closed on Saturday, May 31st, 2025 for our mobilization outside the Tacoma Detention Center. We can still dispatch workers for that day. If you need workers for May 31st, please schedule by Friday, May 30th so that we can coordinate accordingly.

Note: We require workers to be hired for at least 4 hours. If the job will not take 4 hours we ask that the worker be paid for the 4 hours. If you think that the job will not take 4 hours but you would like to use the extra time for other jobs, please let us know so that the worker can fully understand your expectations.

Hourly Pay

Note: As of June 1st, 2025, the minimum wage at the Worker Center is $22/hour. However, the hourly wage depends on a number of details, such as the type of work, the worker’s experience, and if a greater skill level is required. We ask for a minimum of 4 hours of work per worker.
