To hire a worker, fill out the form below or call us at (503) 234-2043. Our office hours are 7am-2pm from Monday through Friday, and 7am-12pm on Saturday.

Before we are able to send anyone to the job site, we ask that you review our Employer Agreement regarding the terms for hiring a worker from the Voz Worker Center, workers’ rights, and what employers can expect while hiring Voz workers. (Please note that it is the employer's responsibility to provide all necessary tools, materials and safety equipment for the job)

Note: Workers must be hired for a minimum of 4 hours. If the job takes less time, we still require that the worker be compensated for the full 4 hours. If you anticipate the job taking less than 4 hours and would like to assign additional tasks during that time, please inform us so we can ensure the worker understands your expectations.

Hourly Pay

Note: As of June 1, 2025, the minimum wage at the Worker Center is $22 per hour. However, the actual hourly rate depends on several factors, including the type of work, the worker’s experience, and the required skill level. Please review our list of suggested wages here for more details.
