Meet Nemorio, a father and a dedicated worker from Tlaxcala, Mexico who has been a member of Voz for over 12 years. His story is a shining example of perseverance and community support. "Voz has helped me tremendously in finding work. When I find myself in tough moments, I have been able to turn to Voz to find work. I found my current landscaping job, which I work four days a week, through the center,” he shares.

Through Voz, Nemorio has taken English classes and recently completed our Pilot accredited landscaping course in partnership with PCC. He will receive a certificate showcasing his new skills. Nemorio emphasizes the need for support: "As an immigrant, we don’t always have the same opportunities as people who were born here in the United States. Voz has been a lifeline during the toughest times, helping me to get ahead.”
